We guide and inspire our kids to let their light shine by serving others. One of the ways we do this is by partnering with local organizations that support families in need.

Educating Minds

At Lumen, our classes are fun, engaging, and hands-on, giving kids the chance to learn and explore alongside friends. Lumen electives are a wonderful addition to your homeschool journey, making learning exciting, social, and memorable.

2026 SPRING ELECTIVES

Science

Science class takes kids on a journey of discovery, exploring the natural world through experiments, hands-on investigations, and interactive lessons.

Art

Our art program is for Kinder through 8th grade. Students explore techniques, build skills, and express themselves while learning about art history and developing their personal style.

Sports

Lumen’s sports class gets kids moving with fun games, team challenges, and skill-building activities. In our PE program, students will learn and play volleyball, soccer, and basketball while developing teamwork, coordination, and a love for staying active.

Extracurricular Clubs- $20/CLASS

STEM Enrichment

We offer hands-on LEGO® Engineering for preschool and elementary students—no screens involved! Older students in 1st through 6th grade can dive into the world of Coding, building logic and problem-solving skills through fun, age-appropriate challenges.

PreK-6th

Spanish

Spanish for Elementary students aims to teach Spanish in a fun, dynamic way. The curriculum uses music, crafts, and games to engage children while practicing vocabulary, phrases, pronunciation, and comprehension.

K-2nd & 3rd-5th

Once Upon a Craft

A variety of fun hands-on activities designed to spark imagination and support development ranging from arts and crafts, movement and music, to creative DIY projects - all thoughtfully connected to an engaging storytelling experience.
